Admission

Is it free for kids?
Yes, for children of age 12 or less accompanied by an adult wearing a bracelet. Proof of age may be required.


Can I be refunded if weather is not good?
No, all festivities are being held outdoors, rain or shine. Barring fortuitous event, no money will be refunded.


How does buying bracelets online works?
From the Home page, use the form to buy your bracelets. Once you have completed the PayPal transaction, please print the purchase confirmation page and keep it. To retreive your bracelets, go to the ticket office at the entrance of the site with your printed confirmation page (no postal shipment) and proof of postal address (must be the same as the one on confirmation page). Your order will be delivered as a whole.

Can I bring my own drinks on the site?
No, it is forbidden to bring cooler, drinks, food, drugs and pets on the site. No one is allowed to enter the site with a bicycle.


Can I take pictures or film the shows?
No, only authorised press members with appropriate identification have the right to take pictures of the shows or film at the major request from the artists.


What is permitted and what is not?
Are allowed on site:

  • beach towel
  • rain coat/small umbrella
  • small back pack and bag/purse
  • foldable or camping chair
  • sunscreen
  • lighter, cigarets
  • non-professional digital or disposable camera (during the daytime family programmation on Saturday and Sunday)
Are not allowed on site:
  • alcoholic beverages (from outside of the site)
  • illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • glass bottles and cans
  • Thermos, coolers and such containers
  • megaphones
  • fireworks
  • beach or sports balls
  • skateboards or bikes
  • animals (except guide dogs)
  • large back pack (camping style), tent
  • video, audo recording or professional photo equipment
  • items intended for sale or promotion


What facilities are available on site??
The festival provide you with:

  • toilets (regular, for disable anf with baby care table)
  • food and drink kiosks
  • recycling bins

How can I become a volunteer?

How old can I be to be a volunteer?
For insurance reasons, you need to be at least 14 years old at the beginning of the festival.


How many hours do I need to give?
A minimal 8 hours is required to have right to privileges.
